Hi all, prophets! I would like to express to everyone of you my best wishes for the new year. The 2007 was the year of our start as a group of friends. It started on a laggy home server with 8 slots and originally two members, me and Teddy (called NIKER until he was fallen in love and have changed his nick^^). On that old small laggy server we met Wrath, Pwnie, Kinny, Eye, Const... During the vacations we have spent 1 week together with Teddy on "Eurocamp" (a camp for youth catholics, 18-30 years old, from several nations of Europe. It is organized by my congregation since 1984) and later i had the occasion to meet Wrath on his beach for a short dialog (He is working as baywatch the whole summer). From here i took the encouragement to start it more seriously, with a paid server. Here Nike, TheND, Smith, VoltoNero... started to make a part of our group and together we have made in our old forum a small planing and a few decisions. As a fruit of these, we have now 3 servers and we have started the COMMUNITY css-friends.eu as an open community of clans, sharing resources and friendship. EKG joined the community as a first member, with their own server, Hackfleisch. In the community there is a common level of admin rights - EKG members have this rights on our servers and we have the same rights on their server. Together we are using GLOBAL-BAN so that people banned from one of our servers are banned from all public servers of the community. BaB clan joined the community for trial period for few weeks in december and now i can with joyce announce their fully membership in the community. (Because they havent own server, they have contributed us for our servers, becoming css-friends admin level and the possibility to book our CWTG private server.) We are starting year 2008 with 19 prophets (15 members and 4 Rising), and with a small community of 3 clans (together around 35-40 members). With the tournament on the end of 2007 we have completed the first phase of our structuration into 4 groups (italian, german, czech/slovak, and the remaining international squad). The italian and german squad does already have their own squad-leaders with their own authority regarding new members of their squad, trainings, tactics... During the tournament we could have noticed our insuficient comunication using TS2, and the low level of team-play. We actually have some good players, you know  but we have to train a little to become teams. It would be nice to learn the teamplay, during this new year. We have to act like team, we have to become stronger as team. We have to comunicate much more, to use the TS all the time when we are playing. And we have, still, to work a little on ourselves about observing our intern rules... I am sure that everyone preffers to play on servers without swearing. We have to give an example to others in the first line... Objectives for 2008 1) comunication (in and outside of the game) 2) teamplay 3) individuate leaders for remaining 2 squads 4) a meeting of some of us?  Â
